Yoga Club
Do you join our yoga club? Every month we treat a different topic and deepen it. You can participate in those that interest you and propose ideas or requests for topics in which you are curious to learn. And you can enjoy a membership card with discounts on workshops and natural supplements.
The word "yoga" in Sanskrit means union between body, mind and spirit.
In this club we talk about the history and philosophy of yoga (bandhas, yamas, niyamas, chakras, mantras…), advice on meditation and nutrition, yoga books, and much more.
