I’m Elisa, Yoga teacher and Orthomolecular Therapist.
I have facilitated people to find the underlying cause of their health problem so that they can achieve optimal health and vitality in their day to day. And if you want, I can do it with you.
I was born in the late seventies in Madrid and studied until 2002 in Spain, but I always had a vocation to discover new cultures and I went to London to study English. Since then, I have not stopped moving to countries like the Netherlands and Brazil, where I continued learning languages and working in various sectors.
But, 2019 was a turning point in my life. I had surgery on my appendix and felt the vulnerability of myself and the health system, as detecting the health problem and listening to the patient did not work. Fortunately, I recovered, and most importantly, since then I only do what my heart tells me.
I began to question our Western culture and became involved with a healthy lifestyle. I immersed myself in the world of Nutrition, Orthomolecular Therapy and Yoga, completing my training to dedicate myself to what I had always liked:
accompany people to connect with enjoyment and with their true self
I use a holistic approach, based on the unique person you are, with your body, history and specific circumstances. I won’t give you a quick fix, but I’ll give you the tools you need to improve. The rest is up to you, I’ll walk you through it.
