Yoga Workshop
Feel good inside and out. Join our workshop and practice three different types of yoga: Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Nidra. Book your private or group class, you can do it in the NutrElisa center or I can go to the place you like.
The first part of the workshop begins with Vinyasa, a type of dynamic yoga that consists of the harmonious union movement and breathing, for which a certain concentration is required. This Sanskrit name is formed by two concepts: VI, which refers to the positioning of the body, according to a context and Nyasa, a meditative state that supports concentration in a point and its subsequent "liberation".
After, we practice Yin Yoga, the perfect complement of yang, which is a slow practice of asanas. Perform certain postures, usually on the ground, that are passively maintained between 2 and 5 minutes to achieve a wide stretch that helps calm your mind and your body through the two dualities: feminine and masculine energy.
The session ends with a meditation or Yoga Nidra, known as sleep yogic, a double practice that can be considered as a dream with awareness. I guide you into deeper states of consciousness as you observe the various layers of the mind and rest in a state of deep relaxation. The goal is to stay awake while you’re on the edge of sleep. The result: a level of intense meditation.
